All our investigators are highly trained experts at conducting all types of surveillances, be it mobile, stationary, or on foot. All of our video and photographic evidence is lawfully obtained and can be presented in court. We conduct discrete surveillance and obtain high quality video and still photographs of the subject's activities, as well as, provide our clients with thorough and comprehensive reports. Surveillance video is one of the most powerful and irrefutable types of evidence there is as it empowers our clients to substantially minimize potential losses. All of our surveillance investigators are fully licensed and have experience testifying in both state and federal courts.

Death & Disability Investigations for Insurers: Since 1988, our expert surveillance investigations have saved our clients millions of dollars in litigation and judgments. At Silverman, we specialize in high indemnity death and disability investigations relating to medical malpractice, transportation, shipping, environmental, personal injury, product liability and premises liability lawsuits. In today’s society many lawsuits are conducted without merit, and even the legitimate cases are often grossly exaggerated. Video surveillance not only tests the credibility of the subject but their lawsuit or claim as well. Surveillance video allows the client, the judge, or a jury to observe a Day in the Life of the plaintiff, when he or she believes that no one is watching his or her every move. Our goal is to provide our clients with surveillance video that reflects the claimant's purported injuries have been exaggerated or even fabricated. Claimants frequently work undeclared jobs or conduct strenuous activities, which are inconsistent with their injury claims.
Workplace Theft: We investigate internal and external theft of service and/or product. We conduct static and mobile surveillance to identify and\or eliminate suspects. Once it has been determined that an employee has committed a crime, we carefully build a legal case by obtaining additional video surveillance, conducting audits, and interviewing witnesses. If our client requests prosecution, we liaise with law enforcement to prepare and present the case for prosecution.
Conflict of Interest: Discrete video surveillance is an effective means of identifying and exposing corporate conflicts of interest. We monitor the employee or principal’s activities and identify who, where, and when they meet. We determine whether the employee is utilizing paid company time for conflicting endeavors. We have been conducting video surveillance successfully in the tri-state area for nearly 25 years.
