We are currently seeking Security Shift Managers tor locations throughout New York City.
Responsibilities include direct supervision, training, and evaluation of the security officers on shift in a dynamic corporate setting. Assisting with the maintenance and implementation of respective post orders and providing training tor all security officers.
The security manager is responsible for the management of the shift’s activity as well as the assigned security officers. The security manager will conduct daily briefings at the start of each shift to inform security officers of critical information regarding the site as well as any actionable intelligence.
The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring all posts are covered, assigning replacement officers and managing the needs of the client. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience, be knowledgeable and well versed on security procedures and practices, demonstrate skilled verbal and written communications, be proficient in situational observations and display sound decision-making skills.
Law enforcement experience or equivalent required.
5+ years supervisory experience
