We’re currently seeking to fill the role of a Security Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the Security Account Manager at our client location in Nashville, TN. The candidate will provide support and assistance to help maximize the productivity of the team by assuming daily administrative tasks including, but not limited to, managing calendars, setting up meetings and conference calls, assessing and finalizing security officer schedules, timekeeping, reporting of technical issues and collating/submitting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
The candidate will be tasked with organizing various meetings, dictating and memorializing meeting subject matter and remaining accountable for follow ups on open items. Candidate will also be tasked with being a liaison between the organization, its client and their outside vendors as well as ensuring that all corporate databases and contact lists are kept current at all organizational levels.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for timekeeping in regards to vacation schedules for the workforce as well as the recording, preparation and submission of operational documentation. This would include, but not be limited to, call out reports, lateness and absence reports, sign-in sheets, expense reports and other various administrative documents.
The ideal candidate must possess a firm understanding an administrator’s role and remain capable of applying their knowledge and skills to a wide range of security and safety related operational tasks.
The administrator may, at times, work under minimal supervision and may act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role and possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent related experience. Familiarity with supporting compliance and human resource regulations, safety and security operations and data entry are a plus. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work is needed and attention to detail and accuracy are a must. Customer service remains an integral aspect of this role and as such, the ability to work with and resolve complex/sensitive issues with our personnel and our client is required.
Candidate must possess a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent verbal and writing skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to remain flexible with their work schedule. The candidate must possess the skills and ability to use technology to track projects which includes, but is not limited to, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
